Hi!
I just buy this combo as it is cheap for 18 amps and >100watts.
I did not decided yet where it I install, but the closest choices are my Carbon Butterfly parkflyer od brand new designed foammie aerobatic flyer (it is only on paper at the moment).
But back to the TowerPro BM2408-21T!
http://www.unitedhobbies.com/UNITEDH...idProduct=4852I feel, that moving the motor wires back&forth, can damage the tiny copper wires, that goes in to the motor.
So, I decide to make some more stiff connection of that wires to the body of motor.
I use a common sewing thread and some CA glue dropplets to reinforce that particular part. I wrap the sewing thread around rear aluminum base of the stator and around all 3 electrical wires.
Now the wires stays at that point and dont move anywhere. I am sure, that no breakage of the wires will occur after that "improvement".
Motor: BM2408-21T
BESC: 18A
Current: 18-25A
BEC 3S Lipo
Size: 43x38x10mm / 20grams
Propeller: 1047 (same as GWS 1047)
