Kako pravilno "razraditi" novu Lipo bateriju

Pa dobro to jeste preporuka ali ako proizvodjac baterija ne daje takvo uputstvo nego kaze da su baterije odmah spremne za let
Ja imam uputstvo od flightpower baterija koje sam kupio nove gde pise da bateriju treba kada se kupi nova ona je puna oko 60% treba isprazniti do 20% i tek onda puniti
i ne pise nikakvo uputstvo za formiranje prva 3 puta vec da je baterija spremna za extremne letove

To su samo neke pretpostavke ljudi , ali ni jedan proizvodjac baterija to nije naznacio samo pise koliko ciklusa baterija ima.
I evo ja sam pokusao da praznim baterija sa o.5C vec 2 sata punjac mi je ispraznio oko 95ma sto znaci da ako uzmem bateriju od 3000ma treba da je praznim 25 ili 30 sati i tako 3 puta???

Proizvodjaci ne daju preporuke jer nemaju pojma, jer ako bi dali preporuku i nesto crkne onda moraju da zamene bateriju. Preporuka koju sam preneo je od nekoga ka leti jaaaaaako puno svaki dan i ekperimentisao je sa LiPo baterijama i dosao do ovog zakljucka. Ako se baterije razrade na ovaj nacin taj isti covek onda i daje garanciju na svoje baterije! I Danijele nije 0,5C nego 5C sto je bitna razlika.

Jos odavno sam pisao da je broj ciklusa pa skoro nebitan i da se pokazalo da u laboratorijskim uslovima na 1000 ciklusa ako se prazne do 80% onda je gubitak kapaciteta i performansi pa skoro beznacajan. Ono sto ih najvise unistava je veca struja praznjenja od dozvoljene (to ne znaci da ako na nekoj bateriji pise 30-40C da ona to stvarno i jeste, nego se samo treba nadati da nas prodavac ne laze mnogo!) i vreme. Baterije realno traju do 3 godine ako se pravlino ophodimo prema njima a ko uspe za to vreme da napravi vise od 1000 ciklusa svaka mu cast!

    Max Continuous Discharge: 25C, Burst Discharge: 30C. Normal operating temperature is approx. 40-65°C(within 80% of rated discharge). Max. temperature: 80°C.
    Recommend to discharge the battery within 80% of rated discharge, keep 90% capacity when over 100 cycles, keep 85% capacity when over 150 cycles.(The cycle life and efficiency will reduce due to high current, high temperature and over-discharge)

NOTE: When using high energy Li-poly Battery, please do not over-discharge, over-charge batteries, or result over-high temperature. Discharging capacity can't exceed 80% of the max capacity after full charging to ensure a good cycle performance.Recommend to full charge a brand new battery before using and only discharge the battery 70% for first 5 times to make a good efficiency of the battery. Please make it a habit to always count time for flight, or please set a low voltage protection on ESC (Cell voltage after stopping using can not lower than 3.2V). Do not use the battery at insufficient of voltage. Do not expose batteries to sunshine or store/ charge batteries at the temperature up to 35℃ in a airtight car. The environment high temperature could cause the damage or the danger of burst. If the battery becomes hot while high current discharging or flying, please do not charge the battery immediately. Wait to cool down(about 20 mins), then inspect to recharge. If against follow the original factory using rules, possibly cause the battery to inflate or any dangerous accident happens. Do not leave the charger is operating unattended as it may cause a fire.
