Calling all builders
By David Ashby
do you fancy a commission? - 12/1/10
Do you like building? Would you like to build a model for RCM&E?
We hope to publish a plan of the model opposite. It's called a Groover 46, an attractive 42" span aerobat for a .32-.46 two-stroke engine.
The model has a constant cord wing and traditional straightforward construction.
We have the plans and detailed instructions so we're looking for someone to build the model and then meet up with us to fly for photography. Naturally you, or a helper, must be capable of flying the model for our camera. The model will be the feature of an article in the magazine. You will not be required to write anything, although your own thoughts about the building and flying can be featured should you wish. You may even see yourself too, if that's ok.
We will discuss a renumeration package with you of course. We're hoping for a pretty quick turnaround if possible but please email Graham Ashby, RCM&E Editor using graham.ashby@myhobbystore.com if you are interested. The forum thread below can also be used if you have any questions - I'll do my best to answer them.
