CMP Zero

Poceh sa projektom CMP Zero 50.
Avion je bio na glow varijanti motora , nabavljen od Bate (uspesno leteo vise puta).Preradicu ga na elektro sa sledecim setupom:

-Turnigy C4260-500
-Turnigy Plush 80A

Generalno (citao sam po stranim forumina),Zero u elektro varijanti je tesko izbalansirati (kratak nos).

Napravio sam par fotografija prerade , u nastavku .....

Sve zajedno




Sa ovakvom postavkom dobio sam teziste gde treba (95-105mm) ,baterija je prosto morala da ide iznad motora.
Vezice su tu da poguraju bateriju gore ,posto je bas blizu zvona motora,zasad mi nije palo na pamet nista pametnije  (work).
Malo se kasapilo i po samom nosacu .....

Savio sam retrakte ,veceras pasujemo tockove ....Kako vidim bice bas uzano ,tockovi su veci od otvora (fabrickih) ,moracu da seckam i prosirujem.

Ako zatreba, kod mene ima kran maximalne nosivosti od 25 tona, pa mozda kad budete spustali retrakte ili slicno...:D
S vremenom i strpljenjem i dudov list postaje svila!

Uh , nisam ocekivao ovoliki posao. :)aplauz Posle dosta provera i mnogo merenja , prosirio sam otvor za tockove i nasao poziciju gde cu usrafiti retrakte.
Prvobitna zamisao mi je bila da stavim originalne plasticne obloge (imitacija noge stajnog trapa) sa 'makazama' ,medjutim 'makaze' nikako nisam uspeo da
uklopim u celu pricu,pa su iste isecene.

Prostora za poklopce nece biti...  :sljus

Retrakti ce biti pod uglom (prema napred,sto vecim) od napadne ivice krila radi stabilnosti. Ojacao sam mesta gde cu ih srafiti.

Nekako sam uglavio retrakte ,malo sam se igrao sa podesavanjem sipkica i na kraju sve radi .
Desni tocak malo kaci pri uvlacenju o rebro ,tu cu jos malo stanjiti. Slikam veceras i delim sa vama .

uh. nesto as ne vidim gde si ojacao retrakte. najvise lomljavina (daleko bilo) je bas na prvim sletanjima.
te letvice su ulepljene u samo dva rebra i poprilicno je to slabo pa cak i za mali model.
ja se sa mojim retraktima zezam vec duze od mesec dana. uklopio sam sve, i sada cekam
da mi stigne tkanina i smola da jos dodatno ojacam taj deo. po cokinom i mircetovom savetu,
ispod te letvice gde srafis sam stavio parce tvrdog drveta a tu letvicu koja postoji izvadio i stavio
duzu koja ide preko cetiri rebra. takodje, ta rebra sam prekopirao i pored njih zalepio nova od spera.

Dodao sam aviospera (po letvici) od rebra do rebra i sve to zalio epoxijem i tkaninom.
Valjda ce drzati  :pop:

Zero je poleteo !

Nisam bio siguran u sebe i mislio sam da je bolje da to uradi neko iskusniji, Laza je to uradio savrseno ...
Nakon trimovanja ,avion je leteo dosta stabilno . Mozda je bolje da Laza kaze svoje utiske.

Po zavrsenom letu imao sam problem sa motorom , po davanju komande gasa motor je poceo da se
okrece cas u jednu cas u drugu stranu. Probali smo sve ,nismo mogli da dobijemo normalno okretanje motora.
Motor je potpuno nov, nije bio opterecivan ... vec se desilo da na njemu izgori kontroler od 80A iz cista mira 

Sve u svemu ,ja sam zadovoljam ,svidja mi se kako avion leti i izgleda .
